Job Description
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with the organization's operational goals.
- Identify training needs and oversee the design of educational programs.
- Manage the L&D budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor the success of development plans and make adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with management to address employee performance and training needs.
- Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
- Ensure all training and development activities comply with industry regulations.
A Successful L&D Manager Should Have
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful L&D programs specific to restaurant operations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High-level strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
