Job Title: Real Estate - Acquisition Specialist

(100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote

Position Type: Starts Part-time and will transition to Full-Time after 6 months

Salary: $1,440 USD/month + Bonus Commission per every closed deal

Schedule: MST

**Position Overview:**

As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating real estate investment opportunities. You will work closely with the acquisitions team to source potential properties, conduct due diligence and close deals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Engaging in real-time conversations with property owners, including live call transfers from Cold
  • Callers/LIS or FUS, and providing assistance in the process of submitting offers for their properties.
  • Using the MLS/Propstream to understand the market and make proper offers on properties.
  • Running Comparables
  • Build and maintain relationships with property sellers
  • Negotiate purchase agreements. Put deals under contract!
  • Drafting and sending the contract to the seller for signing
  • Collaborate with Transactions and Dispositions in completing necessary details in closing the deal
  • Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Sales (Open to other industries but must be extensive)
  • Advanced English Level
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. (Spanish-good to have only)
  • Familiarity with Real Estate market trends and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities a plus
  • Proficient in real estate CRMs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Will handle both inbound and outbound calls
  • Real estate background/ understand land business terminologies (Good to have)
