Job Description
- Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan and execute KOL challenges, competitions, and seasonal affiliate campaigns to drive engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with Shopee’s overall marketing and sales objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
- Affiliate Activation & Incentivization
- Develop challenge mechanics encouraging KOLs to generate content and drive traffic to Shopee.
- Implement performance-based reward structures to maximize participation and ROI.
- Track KOL engagement and introduce targeted initiatives to re-engage inactive affiliates.
- Cross-functional Coordination & Innovation
- Work closely with product, marketing, and data teams to develop innovative challenge formats.
- Experiment with new ways to gamify KOL participation and increase competition-driven motivation.
- Leverage performance insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital
- Strong understanding of KOL engagement mechanics and digital content trends.
- Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale challenges and campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive decision-making.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns
