As a Knowledge and Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering effective communication for passengers and in the dissemination of knowledge both internally and externally. You will be responsible for creating clear, relevant, and customer-friendly communications to passengers to promote a seamless customer experience, ensuring that relevant information reaches the frontline team in a timely and coherent manner.

Primary Responsibility:

  • Understand the intricacies and purpose of each communication channel to be able to communicate relevant communications based on the need
  • Manage requests and inputs from different stakeholders, and provide timely updates / outputs as necessary
  • Write customer communications in English and in Filipino (i.e., FAQs, spiels, and content for email, SMS, chat), for different channels and for different parts of the customer journey
  • Establish standards, composition anatomy and way of writing for customer communications
  • Create and maintain a centralized communication repository, ensuring that information is easily accessible and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their communication needs by providing solutions and supporting their knowledge management requirements
  • Review metrics on a regular basis to identify strengths and find opportunities based on customer feedback, and close the loop with internal stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Must have at least one (1) year experience of working as a copywriter and/or a technical writer
  • Proven experience in knowledge management, communications, or a related role
  • Customer service experience and/or experience on airport and inflight is a plus

Note: This position will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
