Job Description
The intern(s) will be provided enough training and exposure on tasks/responsibilities following the 70-20-10 strategic approach. This is to ensure that the internship experience if productive and fulfilling for the intern(s) whilst under the supervision of KMG.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
The intern(s) will primarily support KMG in the implementation of learning and development programs. This may include but are not limited to activities related to the following:
Finalize/follow up RFP
Completion reports
Post session activities
Program proper
CPD application
Speaker/Participant and test call invites
External vendor management
Project kickoff
Foundational competencies
Qualifications
Foundational competencies.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiar in the use of MS Office 365 applications, such as:
MS Forms
Word
Power Point
Excel
