Your Role
Drive strategic initiatives in the Kuehne Nagel Global Services (incl. standardization, process optimization and automation) in conjunction with counterparts from the hemispheres, countries and corporate teams, co-drive migration targets and overseeing the successful delivery of targets. Overall, the role is centered on leading teams through transformative processes, promoting a culture of excellence, and ensuring operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
2 to 5 years of relevant work experience
2 to 5 years of experience in people management
Proven Leadership Experience Is Essential
Proficient in software and systems such as Business Intelligence, Jira (Servicedesk), M365 Tools, SALOG, and KN Login
Strong technical acumen in processes, systems, and problem-solving
Fluent in the English language
Your Role

Your Responsibilities
- Design and create dashboards which will help monitor team performance
- Provide data Management and Daily management Activity tailored to the team’s task
- Providing support on billing topics
- Systems and Process Support
- Stakeholder Management
- Ensure the team adhere to the agreed service level agreements and performance metrics. Grant implementation of task-based work methodology.
- Complete periodic process reviews with Gap Analysis, identifying improvements and implementation of the same, including restructuring of teams.
2 to 5 years of relevant work experience
