What You'll Do
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements
Analyze processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather insights from various departments
Create detailed functional specifications and requirement documents
Support the testing phase by ensuring requirements are met
Monitor project progress and provide updates to management
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis or related field
Proficient in requirement gathering techniques and documentation tools
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
