- Ensures accuracy of data entry for assigned tasks (status update, transport arrangement, etc.)
- Adherence to approved and latest WI and Country templates
- Ensure agreed KPIs and SLAs are delivered
- Communicate and correspond to all counterparts in timely and professional manner
- Basic computer and MS Office applications
- Effective communication skills
- Organization and time management abilities
