About the Ro

leWe’re seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager (KAM) to manage and grow a large portfolio of brand and agency clients across Southeast Asia, focused on campaign-based engagement. This role is an urgent, full replacement for a departing Key Account Manager , requiring a highly proactive, independent, and resilient individua

The ideal candidate must possess a "consultant kind of mindset" to develop ideas and provide strategic advisory, moving beyond standard sales tactics. Success is measured primarily by achieving the challenging $750K SGD annual sales target and maintaining meaningful engagement with top accoun

  • field.At least 3–6+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales, demonstrating a consultant kind of mindset with strong advisory and problem-solving
  • skillsStrong commercial acumen and a proactive, aggressive approach to sales and client engag
  • ement.Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage a large volume of acc
  • ounts.Familiarity with and active daily use of a CRM tool (HubSpot preferred) as a non-negotiable requirement for recording client interactions, tracking next steps, and ensuring transparency in a remote se
  • tting.Excellent client-facing, communication, and relationship-building skills (perfect English proficiency is requ
  • ired).Strong understanding of marketing (UGC, consumer insights, sampling, brand building, e-commerce), with preference for a sales person with a marketing backg
