Key Account Specialist (Mindanao)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Key Account Management:

• Identify and prioritize Conjug8 Corp. shareholders and hospital key accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in client organizations.
• Understand the unique needs and requirements of each key account.

1. Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategic plans for key accounts.
• Implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

1. Product Knowledge:
   • Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and market trends.
   • Provide clients with information on new products, services, and innovations.
   • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for key accounts.
2. Customer Support:

• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer support.

1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned key accounts.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients.

1. Market Analysis:

• Conduct market intelligence activities as designed by marketing to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on market conditions and competitive intelligence.

• Achieve desired results within budget.
