Regional Sales Officer

Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives to boost sales.
• Provide product knowledge and training to customers and channel partners to enhance their understanding of Mariwasa Siam Ceramics Inc products.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and manage accounts receivable within the region.
• Represent Mariwasa Siam Ceramics Inc at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of the regional market and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
