More About The Role
- Sales revenue, growth, and profitability achievement of Modern Retail (MR) channel in the Philippines
- End to end account management of assigned MR customer (s)
- Lead the MR sales team and provide strategic directions to sustainably grow
- Execute trade marketing and consumer marketing programs to gain market share and wallet share in key accounts
- Closely collaborate with cross functions to plan and implement winning strategies and programs
- Plan and execute business building and expansion plans

- Over 5 years of relevant and proven track record experience in account and sales management
- Strong experience in Modern Retail market in the Philippines
- Experience in managing Do It Yourself Store accounts is preffered
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, team player
- Great problem solving and analytical skills
