The Key Account Assistant Manager [SAC Sales Assistant Manager] plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of air-conditioning product sales by developing strong relationships with key B2B clients. This role involves identifying business opportunities within existing accounts, understanding client needs, and recommending tailored air-conditioning solutions to ensure consistent growth and customer retention. The SAC Sales Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the sales pipeline, executing sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams to align inventory and delivery with client demands, and ensuring timely processing of orders. Additionally, they provide detailed sales performance reports and collaborate with marketing to support product launches and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key B2B clients in the air-conditioning sector to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
• Identify opportunities to expand the business within existing accounts by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate air-conditioning solutions, ensuring consistent growth and customer retention.
• Gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback to continuously improve service levels and product offerings, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to air-conditioner products, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets and grow market share in the air-conditioning market.
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline for air-conditioning systems, ensuring timely follow-up, client engagement, and deal closure.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, emphasizing the features and benefits of air-conditioning products, along with the company’s value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with the SCM team to manage air-conditioner inventory levels, ensuring product availability aligns with sales forecasts and client demands.
• Work with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of air-conditioning products to clients, resolving any logistical issues that arise.
• Partner with the marketing team to support air-conditioner product launches, promotions, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and client needs.
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of air-conditioner sales orders, working with relevant teams to ensure customer satisfaction from order to delivery.
• Coordinate with the Sales Support and Development (SSD) team to manage credit checks, payment collections, and resolve any billing disputes related to air-conditioning sales.
• Prepare and submit detailed sales performance reports to management, providing insights on air-conditioner product sales trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.

What We're Looking For:
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Cagayan de Oro.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably within the air-conditioning or appliance industry.
• Prior experience in B2B sales and account management, with a focus on building strong client relationships and driving business growth.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create detailed sales reports and engaging presentations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships, present air-conditioning solutions, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of air-conditioning systems and market trends is an advantage.
• Experience in analyzing customer feedback and implementing service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Relevant certifications in sales or air-conditioning systems are an advantage.
• Specialized training in customer service software or CRM systems is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines and sales targets.
