- Video Production & Editing: Edit and produce video content from full-length podcast episodes, including creating short, engaging clips for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
- Creative Editing: Edit video content using cuts, transitions, and overlays to create engaging and visually appealing videos.
- Content Storytelling: Collaborate with hosts and producers to develop video concepts and ensure the final product aligns with each show’s unique brand and tone.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain video footage and project files in a structured way for seamless collaboration.
- Workflow Support: Assist the production team with various tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet our quality standards.
- At least 1 year of experience in video production or editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- A strong understanding of storytelling and visual communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
- Experience with or a passion for podcasts and digital media.
