Your Primary Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Research essential aspects of language learning and employment skills.
• Create and maintain databases of relevant resources and course elements to inform course design.
• ⁠Develop well-structured research reports and summaries.
• Write insightful and engaging articles on assigned topics related to English education.
• ⁠Provide constructive feedback on team members’ work to ensure quality and alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative course ideas.
• ⁠Regularly update the team and management on weekly and overall progress to ensure tasks are effectively tracked and completed.
• ⁠Assist with ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager
  
  

We expect you to

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Humanities fields, or other relevant related studies;
• Have strong research, analysis, and critical thinking skills;
• Have excellent verbal communication and active listening skills;
• Be able to work independently but also as part of a team;
• Excel in written and verbal English
• Are energetic, entrepreneurial, hardworking and persistent;
