Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferably with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- CCTV / Networking programming and configuration experience
- Strong understanding of system troubleshooting and remote desktop tools.
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and technicians.
- Initial Diagnosis: Assist technicians or clients through various communication channels (chat, phone call, email, or remote desktop tools) to gather essential information regarding system errors, performance issues, or connectivity problems.
- Remote System Access: Securely gain access to the affected systems to perform in-depth diagnostics.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze and troubleshoot identified technical problems, applying appropriate solutions to restore normal functionality.
- Problem Resolution: Work efficiently to resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases to senior engineers if necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all issues encountered, actions taken, and resolutions provided, ensuring these are available for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Preferable to have Milestone CCTV experience and work with Axis Cameras but not essential
