  • Sit in on candidate interviews when required, taking notes and learning interview processes.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with agency processes and Australian employment legislation.
  • Collect and verify candidate documentation (e.g., ID, work rights, licenses).
  • Perform initial VEVO checks and assist with maintaining compliance documentation.
  • Accurately enter data into systems (ATS), ensuring all records are current and complete.

  • Digitally organise, store, and upload recruitment-related paperwork.
  • Send out interview, site tour, and meet-and-greet confirmation/follow-up emails.
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, databases, and referrals.
  • Coordinate and confirm interview bookings, communicating schedules clearly to candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system.
  • Provide general administrative support to recruitment consultants.

  • 1–2 years experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar admin role.
  • Great communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time well.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and open to training.
  • Comfortable using systems like ATS, spreadsheets, and online tools.
  • Can build good working relationships with candidates, clients, and the team.
