What you'll be doing:

You will lead the end-to-end execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal risk. You'll manage key stakeholders and project team members, report on project progress, and ensure visibility of project performance.

Key responsibilities:

Delivering transformation projects from initiation to completion.

Collaborating with business leads to identify priorities and create business cases.

Managing stakeholder engagement and securing buy-in for change initiatives.

Planning and executing project timelines, scope, and change management.

Monitoring project results and conducting post-implementation reviews.

What we're looking for:

A degree or equivalent qualification.

2-3 years of experience in business transformation and change management.

Knowledge of agile and change management methodologies.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Fluent in English and willing to travel.
