- Collaborate with project managers and creative teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate with internal team, external team and clients to ensure seamless communication and task flow.
- Support the planning and logistics of production shoots, including location scouting, talent coordination, and equipment scheduling.
- Assist during production shoots by supporting crew and talent, organizing supplies, and managing schedules.
- Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues promptly.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Contribute to resource allocation and workload balancing across teams.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure all project assets are up-to-date.
- Help facilitate meetings, including kick-offs and status updates, with clear agendas and action items.
- Foster a collaborative and positive environment to ensure creative ideas flourish.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in production coordination, preferably in media, advertising, or creative projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and problem-solving.
- Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Background in media, advertising, film, or related fields.
- A passion for creative storytelling and client service.
