Junior Project Manager

Job Description: As a Jr. Project Manager, you will coordinate and manage system implementations, ensuring they meet the established scope, schedule, and quality standards. You will develop detailed project plans with milestones, manage development timelines, and track daily progress to ensure successful project execution. In collaboration with Business Analysts and QA, you will assist with requirements analysis, high-level solution design, and product testing. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is essential in this role, as is communicating project status with stakeholders and handling any issues that could impact project deliverables. You will also be responsible for implementing projects based on the agreed scope and managing any changes through a structured process, often handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Who You Are: You are a dedicated and organized project management professional with at least 2 years of experience. You excel in coordinating complex implementations and have a strong commitment to meeting timelines and quality standards. Your ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, maintain excellent client relationships, and communicate proactively with stakeholders makes you a key contributor to project success. You thrive in managing multiple projects and can handle challenges and changes with a structured approach.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
• Experience creating and tracking detailed project plans with milestones.
• Ability to coordinate requirements analysis, solution design, and product testing.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder updates.
• Experience with issue escalation and tracking processes.
• Ability to manage project scope and changes through a structured change request process.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
