JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Review of engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Advance plan review.
- Initiates RFI’s and RFA’s for possible confects on executions.
- Monitor all progress and execution for all items related with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing.
- Testing and Commissioning of equipment such as Pumps, Elevator, CCTV, Generator etc.
- Check qualities and specifications of deliveries of such as PVC pipes, electrical wirings, PPR pipes, and other materials related to MEPF.
- Attends to repairs for units that are already sold in relation to MEPF.
- Checking of all preparations prior to execution.
- Provides RFI’s and RFA’s to the designer for clarification and proper execution on site related to their trades.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
- With experience in handling MEPF of building construction is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome and encourage to apply.
- Willing to work onsite at Silang, Cavite.
