Position: Operations Assistant

About the Role:

The Operations Assistant supports the operations at BAUCH (Phils.) Laboratories Corp. in Silang, Cavite. He or she assists with material purchasing, admin/clerical works, payroll, benefits, and financial record-keeping. Bring strong communication skills and proactive approach to enhance departmental processes.

QUALIFICATIONS for Operations Assistant:

1. Has a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or Accounting Technology; OR any human-science degree (Biology, Pharmacy, etc.)

2. Preferably with at least 1 year of knowledge and working experience in Admin function, HR & Accounting functions, including compensation and payroll (esp. in compliance to SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth and BIR) of a pharmaceutical manufacturing or food supplement company.

3. Strong communication and comprehension skills.

4. A proactive learner who is eager to contribute ideas to enhance departmental processes

5. Willingness to be stationed in Silang, Cavite, working Mondays to Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
