Assist in project planning and execution to meet client requirements.
Support the implementation process by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Provide training and support to clients on system usage.
Troubleshoot issues during rollout and provide timely solutions.
Document processes and maintain accurate records of implementations.
Participate in feedback sessions to improve future implementations.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in implementation or project coordination.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
