Are you detail-oriented and proactive with a passion for tax strategy and compliance? Join GoTeam as a Tax and Compliance Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in safeguarding financial integrity while improving compliance processes and driving smarter tax planning.

Key Duties

Facilities Maintenance & Operations

  • Supervise daily operations of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety).
  • Conduct inspections and implement maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain repair logs, assign work orders, and resolve facilities tickets.
  • Develop periodic assessments and records management reviews.


Vendor & Contract Management

  • Manage contracts for cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
  • Monitor vendor performance and coordinate repairs and improvements.


Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage safety drills, emergency plans, and regulatory audits.


Budgeting & Procurement

  • Prepare and manage facility budgets and forecasts.
  • Track spending and identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
  • Oversee procurement of supplies and equipment.


Client Visit Coordination

  • Manage logistics for client/VIP visits and ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain visitor checklists and coordinate with internal points of contact.


Team Leadership

  • Supervise and support the facilities team with coaching and feedback.
  • Conduct daily huddles, 1:1s, and performance check-ins.
  • Foster collaboration and team development.


Systems & Tools

  • Use Facilities CRM/CMS tools and create/optimize AI agents to improve workflows.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities or property management.
  • Proven experience in supervising facility systems and maintenance teams.
  • Strong background in vendor management and compliance.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and procurement practices.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating VIP or client visits.


Essential Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using facilities-related tools (CMS, CRM, AI).
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a BPO, corporate, or large office setting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements.
