Overview

ISS STOXX is growing! We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytically minded and technically savvy individual to join our growing Data Organization. Ideal candidates will have a high level of independent judgment, an incredible attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment both in a team setting and autonomously.

This is an ideal position for a new college graduate who is looking for a position that is going to be challenging, demand high performance, but will give them hands-on experience working with large data set, and financial analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate key information from financial documents and regulatory filings
• Processing documents related to investment vehicles (ex: Mutual Funds, ETFs, Pooled Separate Accounts and Collective Trusts)
• Analyzing and collect data related to individuals and firms in the financial services industry.
• Repetitive data entry
• Contribute to data enhancement and integration through special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Training & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or any closely related field (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with particular focus on Excel skills
• Computer savvy and possess the ability to learn new technology concepts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; can thrive in a cross-border / multi-cultural work environment
• Ability to adapt to performing various and changing tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to work under pressure and a rigorous set of performance metrics.

Work Location & Schedule:

• Amenable working at Makati City on a permanent day shift schedule (10am – 7pm, Manila Time)
• Amenable to go on a 2-month onsite training prior to transitioning to hybrid working arrangement.
• Hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days' work onsite per week)
