Junior Business Development Manager

The Junior Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth within the Company. The role develops a network of partners, research new market opportunities and oversees growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenues.

About The Job

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and expand market presence.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
• Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful collaboration.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the fintech lending industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, legal and compliance to drive integrated business strategies.
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics
  
  

What You Need To Have

• At least 4 years proven track record of success in sales, product development, or business development roles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
