Junior Architect

The Junior Architect supports day-to-day tasks and activities for assigned ALP projects under close supervision. The role provides exposure to architectural design, planning, coordination, and implementation while developing the apprentice’s technical and professional skills. Tasks include assisting in the review of drawings and plans, coordinating with consultants and contractors, preparing presentations and reports, documenting meetings, and joining project site visits.

The position is intended as a developmental role for architecture graduates, offering guided experience in the real estate and construction industry while contributing to the delivery of sustainable, high-quality ALP projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture (board examination not required).
• Knowledge or exposure to:
• Residential/high-density building design and documentation
• Site supervision and monitoring
• Conceptual and technical design preparation
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office applications (project management tools a plus).
