I. Duties And Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets using statistical techniques and advanced analytics tools.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to uncover insights that drive business strategy and operational improvements.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data insights effectively.
  • Customize reports based on stakeholder requirements and ensure accessibility and usability of data visualizations.
  • Data Integration and Quality Assurance:
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data sets.
  • Implement data quality checks and validation processes to maintain data integrity and reliability.
  • Business Intelligence Support:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting support to stakeholders, including executives, managers, and operational teams.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement data-driven strategies and initiatives to optimize business processes and achieve organizational goals.
  • Data Governance and Documentation:
  • Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards.
  • Document data analysis methodologies, report specifications, and data models for knowledge sharing and continuity.

Ii. Qualifications

  • Minimum Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum Experience/Training
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence roles.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python).
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets
  • Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, and dimensional modeling techniques.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders across different levels and functions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities
