What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Managing a pool of merchants working with Kinguin via success management, reactive operational support as well as proactive approach to organise sale activities and other promoting opportunities.
  • Participation in many different merchant affairs - from basic daily operations to more advanced product suggestions, development, feedback gathering.
  • Acquisition of new merchants based on generated leads, offering existing merchants better conditions to help them improve sales.
  • Participating in projects related to the merchant division, cooperating with other teams, assisting selected category managers.

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Sales/B2B Support background
  • Availability to work between 12 PM - 8 PM
  • Public speaking skills
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills
  • Advanced problem solving skills
  • Decent tech understanding - CRMs, basic project management
  • Certificates related to: personal development, tech understanding, business management, sales, etc are welcome but not mandatory
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager would be beneficial
