The Project and Your Role

You will be joining a high-impact engagement with a client that delivers a cutting-edge, cloud-based operating platform for medical practices. This system unifies clinical, operational, and financial workflows across hospitals and clinics.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a central role in bridging clinical users and the technical team. Your work will ensure that healthcare providers have tools that are intuitive, compliant, and aligned with real-world needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze clinician feedback to capture pain points and translate them into structured requirements
• Convert business needs into clear, actionable JIRA tickets with defined acceptance criteria
• Serve as a communication bridge between medical staff and developers, ensuring mutual understanding
• Track domain trends and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and medical vocabularies
• Validate system behavior and provide ongoing informational support to the client
• Document workflows, user stories, diagrams, and knowledge articles for internal and external use
  
  
  

Your Skills

• Minimum 3 years working in hospital systems or healthcare technology platforms
• Solid understanding of hospital lifecycles, clinical workflows, and terminology (e.g., SNOMED, HL7)
• Strong SQL skills for querying, analysis, and validation
• Excellent English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in or significantly overlap with Australian business hours

• Experience with cloud-based EMR/EHR systems or mobile doctor applications
• Familiarity with Agile practices, JIRA, Confluence
