- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Maintain relationships with candidates and provide timely feedback throughout the recruiting process.
- Utilize social media and other platforms for recruitment marketing and outreach.
- Participate in recruitment activities to attract new talent.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 13 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong presentation skills and written communication abilities
