  • Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
  • Functional and stress testing of the web and mobile applications
  • Ensure that the released product to the Production is bug free and is working as expected
  • Create test plan and test scripts based on the specified technical requirements and specifications
  • Analyze and document test results using standard templates
  • Communicate with technical and non-technical resources to discuss test results
  • Issue new product release notes
  • Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course.
  • Experience in using mobile and web applications
  • Knowledge in software documentation
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems
  • Looking for ways to prevent bugs from occurring in the first place
  • Rebuilding and correcting software application
  • Able to use automation tools for testing mobile, web and backend applications
  • Good communications skills both written and verbal
