A Junior Learning Business Partner will be responsible for:
Learning Assessment, Design And Development
- Assist in the end to end process by determining learning gaps in the organization through data validation and providing specific outcomes and training recommendations.
- Provide support in designing and developing custom training modules, partners with external training providers, or recommends industry certifications.
- Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences.
- Support in delivering training sessions using various methods, such as classroom training, virtual instructor-led training, and webinars.
- Help in facilitating interactive and engaging learning experiences to promote knowledge retention and skills development.
- Monitor participant progress, provide feedback, and address questions or concerns during training sessions.
- Analyze training data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the learning experience.
- Manage the Learning Management System, including user administration, course creation, content uploading, and reporting.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training materials are accurately represented in the LMS.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources) or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on Learning Management System administration, training design, and facilitation.
- Familiarity with the banking or fintech industry, its products, services, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Has relevant experience in instructional design, including needs analysis, learning objectives development, and assessment design.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course administration and content creation.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
