Minimum of 2 years of experience in Java EE development
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
Experience with frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
