Job Description:

• Provide support in handling of incoming customer phone calls on Vacation Rental websites and transactions
• Deliver excellent customer service and assistance to customer’s concerns and inquiries
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisors

Minimum Requirement:

• At least 2-years in college
• Customer service experience is preferred; but not required
• Fluent in Japanese both verbally and in writing, with basic English communication skills
• Both native & non-native are welcome; Non-Native should have N1 JLPT certification
• Familiarity and understanding of client's tools, products, and processes
• Strong and effective client and customer management
• Ability to adapt to clients-based tools, products, and applications
• Familiarity in product support-specific workflows, troubleshooting, policies, and procedures
• Strong time-management and comprehension Skills
• Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
• Hospitality background would be preferred but not required
