We're looking for a Recruiting Ninja for Filinvest HR Strategy and COE (Talent Acquisition)
As our Project-Based Recruiter Specialist at Filinvest Development Corporation (FDC), the parent company of one of the top real estate companies in the Philippines, you'll be sourcing the most qualified candidates for our diverse portfolio of businesses, including property development and management, banking and finance, malls and retail, hospitality and F&B, energy, water, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:
As our Project-Based Recruiter Specialist at Filinvest Development Corporation (FDC), the parent company of one of the top real estate companies in the Philippines, you'll be sourcing the most qualified candidates for our diverse portfolio of businesses, including property development and management, banking and finance, malls and retail, hospitality and F&B, energy, water, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source the best talent using your extensive network and skills in the job market.
- Build relationships with top-tier candidates and industry professionals.
- Manage the entire hiring process from start to finish including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, partnering with hiring managers, and extending offers.
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages with top talent to secure their commitment.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality in your work.

- Proven track record of sourcing and closing top talent in a diverse range of industries
