- Identify and categorize problems.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA).
- Coordinate problem resolution efforts.
- Monitor and track issues through to resolution.
- Maintain problem records and documentation.
- Communicate with stakeholders about problem status and resolutions.
- Implement proactive measures to prevent incidents.
- Conduct post-resolution reviews to ensure lessons are learned.
