Position Summary

As a Workforce 360 Specialist, you will be responsible for End User Computing (workstation management & support, office application support), ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of Service Desk and Field Services, and supporting operational service management processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality, efficiency, and agility in IS/IT operations while driving value for the business.

A Day in the Life of a W360 Specialist

  • Deliver efficient and secure IS/IT operations and support systems that meet business needs.
  • Oversee incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management processes.
  • Ensure IS/IT strategic service partners meet service levels and performance standards.
  • Support implementation and management of quality and efficiency improvements in IS/IT service delivery.
  • Participate in market and project testing, configuration, and sustain activities.
  • Run small-scale projects for deployment of functionalities.
  • Collaborate with product/platform teams to coordinate IT changes without impacting business processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and risk management standards.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in IS/IT, preferably in a DevOps environment.
    • Strong background in service management principles and execution.
    • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and platforms.
  • Skills:
    • Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills.
    • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
  • Nice to Have:
    • Technical know-how in digital business platforms, APIs, cloud, and virtual environments.
    • Familiarity with IT service management and emerging agile methods like DevOps.
