IT Voice Administrator Manager

Job Summary

IP Telephony, Video Conference Administration (L3) with Avaya Recording.

Hands on experience on VOICE Communication Services L3, Designing and Expert Technical skills on Cisco IPT, VoIP Protocols -SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP and Jabber phones & Avaya Recording Skills.

Mandatory Skills / Experience

• Very good understanding of CUCM, CUPS & Unity , Gateways, CUBE, Architecture design capabilities for Voice Infrastructure platform.
• Jabber soft / IP phone troubleshooting.
• Call Manager versions 11.x and 12.x and troubleshooting (DNA, Route patterns, features)
• Strong experience on IP telephony with Jabber Phones and it's monitoring tools.
• Work experience on - Configuration, Secure Gateway integration with CCUM, MS teams integration
• Expert troubleshooting techniques in networking (CUCM & Voice routing areas) down to packet level analysis.
• CUC - Call Handler and Voicemail, Attendant Console and Emergency Responder
• Gateway Configuration and dial plans
• Analyze Call manager logs, Gateway call logs
• Voip Protocols -SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP
• DHCP, DNS, Wins, Active Directory knowledge is a must.
• CUCM deployment models and Voip server Integration
• RTMT,Call manager features and Extension Mobility
• Voip Codec, Analog gateway and Fax
• Experience in voip migrations
• Basic knowledge of Network and Security platform
• Video Conference device integration techniques
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
