What You Will Do

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Respond promptly to service issues and requests via the ticketing system.
• Provide technical support across the company (in person or over the phone).
• Set up accounts for new users.
• Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
• Manage asset deployments.
• Test new technology.

AI Utilization And Implementation

Develop and implement AI solutions, including the creation and deployment of AI agents, to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

Skills And Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting
• Exhibits trustworthiness and reliability in carrying out instructions
• Familiarity with various operating systems and software
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide timely assistance
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Open to work onsite and on a night shift schedule
• Helpdesk Certification or equivalent experience is preferred
