IT SUPPORT
Starting Salary: PHP 15,000 - 17,000
- Open to fresh graduates, but must be a fast learner*
- IT Support for Dialer & VOIP Management
- Activate caller IPs before/during shifts and maintain tracking sheets
- Manage DIDs and CID groups on dialers and portals (activation, deactivation, replacement)
- Monitor VOIP usage, report daily consumption, and troubleshoot call issues
- Upload, delete, and manage call recordings as requested
- Perform list uploads, duplicate checks, and send list results
- Create/delete user credentials and update access logs
- Coordinate with providers and assist in monthly projections and renewals
- Assist agents with troubleshooting their computers to fulfill their duties for the client
- Perform other IT tasks and duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Open to fresh graduates, but must be a fast learner
- NBI clearance -high integrity is a must
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and respond quickly to technical issues during operations
- Logical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent organizational skills
- Work productively with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Effectively multitasks and works under pressure
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Laptop/Desktop (at least i3/i5 processor or any equivalent AMD processor with 8 GB RAM)
- Windows OS: 10 and above
- Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
- High-resolution Webcam
- Wired internet connection; minimum of 30 Mbps DL and 10 Mbps UL
- Software: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, PDF reader, AnyDesk, Zoom
- Permanent work-from-home or hybrid work set-up at Batangas City office
- Full-Time and Long-Term Employment
