What You'll Do
Supervise and mentor IT support staff and technicians
Oversee network infrastructure, servers, and system maintenance
Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies
Ensure cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
Manage IT projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of IT experience with supervisory responsibilities
Strong knowledge of network administration and system management
Experience with Windows/Linux servers and cloud platforms
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Relevant IT certifications preferred
