QUALIFICATION AND NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE:

• • Graduate in Information Technology
• • Proficient in Windows operating system
• • Knowledge in troubleshooting and repair
• • Excellent customer service skills
• • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• • Intermediate knowledge in Linux
• • Knowledgeable in Networking
• • Knowledgeable in PFsense or other firewall
• • Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
• • Knowledgeable in PHP, HTML and MySQL

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for office network such as router configuration, switch management and
• Cabling.
• Support office internet, landline and access points
• Laptop repair and troubleshooting
• Software installation
• Responsible for training the user in proper use of hardware and software
• Configuration and maintenance of CCTV and biometrics
• Support E-mails and other FH application
• Security of all IT peripherals
