- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Information Technology or equivalent.
- With or without experience is acceptable.
- Proficient knowledge in hardware and software setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers such as desktop, laptop, mobile device and peripherals.
- Basic knowledge in network setup, maintenance and troubleshooting for both wired and wireless connection.
- Basic understanding in Telephony System.
- Familiar with CCTV systems and their functionality.
- Familiarity with internet security and data privacy principle.
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Installing and configuring hardware and software components. Repairing or replacing damaged computer hardware.
