Group Reporting Officer (Managerial level)

This is your new job:

• Prepare the monthly and annual reporting of the Nexperia Group according to IFRS and the group reporting policies (Chinese GAAP)
• Perform data review of consolidated financial statements
• Review collected financial information on a global level
• Focus on various specific accounting rules including implementation and reporting requirements
• Support local F&A organizations during the month end closing and annual closing process
• Execute and monitor internal controls in the group reporting area
• Participate in various strategic projects, such as M&A, process improvement, etc.
• Support the external reporting process for all required accounting standards

This is you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Business, Finance and/or Economics
• At least 6 years of working experience as auditor with Big 4 or senior group accountant in one multinational company
• Thorough knowledge about IFRS, other GAAPs (Dutch GAAP) preferred, CPA/Chartered Accountant is a strong plus
• Solid SAP FI/CO knowledge & windows office, BCS/SAP S/4HANA knowledge will be plus
• Fluent in English
• Experience of project management or first level manager of a small team
• Likes to work in a dynamic business environment and ready to change where required
• Pro-active & Ability to get Things Done attitude with a drive to improve
• Works Accurately and Organized
• Self-critical on work preformed
• Be able to work independently and deliver in time
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross cultural teams
• Problem solving, innovative and structural thinking

This is your department and colleagues:

• Accounting & Group Reporting Team consists of 8 people located in Nijmegen (Netherlands), Hamburg (Germany) and Munich (Germany).
• The new hired person will be based in Cabuyao but report to the Head of Group Reporting located in Hamburg
• With regard to team building activities we have a face to face team meeting 2 times a year (for 2-3 days) incl. team building activities like cooking, dinner, darts etc. This depends on the location we choose for the team meeting (can be Nijmegen, Hamburg, but also somewhere else like Manchester).
• As the person will be located in Cabuyao there are also local team building activities.
