Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or administration.
Strong knowledge of network management and system administration.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS).
Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Experience with IT project management.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are a plus.
Experience with database management.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
Willingness to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Implement new technologies.
Provide technical support to staff.
Ensure system security and data integrity.
Monitor network performance.
Manage software and hardware installations.
Conduct regular system audits.
Develop and maintain IT documentation.
Train staff on new systems and software.
Collaborate with departments to understand IT needs.
Manage IT projects from planning to completion.
Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations.
Optimize system performance and efficiency.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT services.
Provide remote support as needed.
