Lead the delivery of programs, projects or managed services. Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda

Summary: As a Service Management Lead, you will oversee the delivery of various programs and projects while ensuring effective management of services. Your typical day will involve coordinating project activities, engaging with stakeholders, and fostering relationships to maintain high levels of commitment and support for strategic initiatives. You will also be responsible for addressing challenges and providing solutions to enhance service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity. - Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives. - Develop and implement best practices for service management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative work environment. - Analyze service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Customer Interaction Management. - Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks and methodologies. - Proficient in project management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
