Position Summary

The IT Governance Analyst is a position in the Information Technology department, providing IT legal, financial, and commercial support such as contract review, vendor accreditation, procurement coordination, and supporting the budget cycles.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Management – assist in budgeting process and monitor spend against budget, review monthly accruals and internal labor capitalization
• Procure-to-Pay – assist in creating purchase requisitions (PR), monitor status of PR approval, review open purchase orders (PO) and invoices, and help ensure vendors are paid on time
• Contract Lifecycle Management – review IT contracts, facilitate review process with legal, monitor status of contracts and provide visibility to global IT
• Vendor Accreditation – facilitate vendor accreditation process for global IT
• Process Design – improve, standardize and globalize processes around all areas identified above

Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ related experience
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office knowledge essential)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills both oral and written, ability to interact well with people within IT and outside of IT
• Knowledgeable in IT and Finance
• Strong attention to detail
