Encoder (Project-based)

The key responsibility of this position is to handle administrative tasks in the People Solutions team.

What You Will Do

• Administrative tasks include but are not limited to the following,
• Arranging physical copies of 201 files
• Scanning of 201 files
• Preparation of token items for release to employees
• Encoding details in trackers and/or in HR systems.
• Other adhoc tasks that maybe assigned.
  

What You Should Have

• Proficient in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word etc)
• Prererably with data analysis skill and Excel skill (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Macro) has high advantage
• Accurate and detail conscious
• Daily onsite (QC, Cubao - Office based) (Daily Onsite)
