Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Programming
  • Advanced proficiency in various operating systems
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience with programming languages and databases including: Python, JavaScript, PHP, CSS, MS SQL, MySQL, MariaDB, and HTML
  • Demonstrated end-user focus and customer service orientation
  • Excellent aptitude for quickly learning and adapting to new technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly deadline-driven with a strong sense of urgency

Responsibilities

  • Lead all software programming projects, providing strategic direction and guidance
  • Design, develop, and implement innovative software applications tailored to the company’s software solution requirements
  • Direct the testing of new software and applications to identify and resolve any defects or bugs
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation
  • Collaborate closely with the IT team and other departments to communicate project progress and proposals effectively
  • Analyze data to strategically coordinate the deployment of new systems or the modification of existing ones
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure successful and timely completion of software initiatives
  • Apply industry best practices and standard security protocols in all software development activities
  • Contribute significantly to the strategic development and future direction of the company’s systems
  • Perform other tasks as required by operations and management
